The factory thermostatic bypass can stick in the closed position, restricting cooler flow and causing excessive transmission temperatures. These upgraded thermal bypasses eliminate the factory thermostat to provide consistent cooler flow and help reduce the risk of heat-related transmission damage.
Each option is manufactured from billet aluminum for strength and durability and installs in place of the factory thermostatic bypass with minimal fluid loss.
