Refund policy

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns will not be accepted on electronic parts, transmissions, valve bodies, or DIY build kits. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Muldoon’s Performance Transmissions.

All returned products must be unused and packaged in their original packaging. If a product was purchased through a dealer, the dealer who completed the sale is responsible for issuing the refund.

Return credits may take up to 15 days to process. An RMA form must be completed before returning any product. Returns received without a completed RMA will be rejected.

Any shipping damage must be reported to Muldoon’s Performance Transmissions immediately. If shipping damage is not reported within 3 days of delivery, Muldoon’s Performance Transmissions will not be responsible for the damage.

EU Customers: To exercise your right of withdrawal under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, use the “Submit Withdrawal” button located in the footer of every page. Refunds issued in connection with a valid withdrawal request will not be subject to a restocking fee.
