Description
Use this service to submit an MPT valve body for inspection, testing or repair.
MPT only repairs and services valve bodies originally manufactured by us. We process this service as an order so the return is properly documented.
- The order number must be included with the returned valve body. MPT is not responsible for loss or damages to the product shipped in by the customer.
- Please include the rooster comb and electronics so the valve body can be properly tested. These components may be removed for safer shipping, but they must be included in the package.
- Do not send the park rod or filter extensions, as they will be discarded during the disassembly process.
- If debris has caused additional damage or the valve body requires parts to bring it up to current specifications, including oversized repair valves, separator plates or similar components, the customer will be invoiced for the additional cost.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the valve body to MPT. MPT is not responsible for inbound shipping damage caused by improper packaging.
- The shipping rate charged at checkout covers return shipping to the customer.
The additional charge to add a transbrake to a manual 47RH valve body is due to MPT supplying a 47RE valve body core to complete the upgrade.
