Dealer Program Requirements

$2,000 Monthly Purchase Requirement

Approved dealers are expected to maintain a minimum monthly purchase level of MPT products.

Business Verification

Applicants must provide complete business information and supporting facility photographs.

Facility Photographs

After reviewing your application, MPT will reply by email. Respond to that email with storefront and installation-bay photographs.

Complete Transmission Dealers

Applicants purchasing complete transmissions must also provide a photograph of their hot-flush equipment.

Open and Read MPT Dealer Request Agreement

Muldoon's Performance Transmissions agrees to form business-to-business relationships with companies that wish to provide our products for retail sale.

To enter the business-to-business agreement, Muldoon's has a minimum monthly purchase expenditure of $2,000.00.

Muldoon's also accepts one transmission purchase at retail price for dealer acceptance.

If the applying company is uncertain that it will meet Muldoon's monthly expenditure requirement, Muldoon's may place the company on a six-month review period. If, after the review period, the dealer has not met our requirements, dealer eligibility will be revoked.

For Muldoon's to consider your business for dealer eligibility, the following information must be submitted through the online dealer application:

  • Completed dealer questionnaire.
  • Images of the storefront and installation bays.
  • If the dealer would like to purchase complete transmissions, an image of the hot-flush machine.
  • Social-media account usernames or links.
  • Business website.
  • Business phone number.
  • Business shipping address.
  • Business billing address.
  • Main contact.

After the dealer relationship has been established, the following requirements must be upheld to retain discount eligibility:

  • Minimum expenditure of $2,000.00 per month on MPT products.
  • Technical support is between the dealer's customer and the dealer. If the dealer is unable to provide technical support, the dealer must contact Muldoon's and communicate with its customer.
  • The dealer is responsible for providing proper core-material documentation. If the dealer's information is not provided on the core sheet, a core refund will not be honored.
  • The dealer must advertise products at the same published retail prices as Muldoon's.
  • If any of these requirements are not upheld, dealer account status will be revoked.

I comprehend and agree to all of the terms in this agreement. Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement will result in dealer-status revocation.

Acceptance of these terms is completed electronically as part of the online dealer application; no signature is required on this document.

You must open and review the dealer agreement before accepting the terms.

Photographs will be collected by email.

After reviewing your application, Muldoon’s Performance Transmissions will reply to the email address entered above. Reply directly to that email with photographs of your storefront and installation bays.

Applicants interested in purchasing complete transmissions must also include a photograph of their hot-flush machine. This keeps the application, correspondence, and photographs together in one email conversation.
