Check valve for 47RH, 47RE and 48RE transmission cooler line kits.
This valve helps prevent transmission fluid from draining back after the vehicle is shut off and allowed to sit. Preventing drain-back helps maintain fluid in the cooler circuit and reduces the risk of delayed engagement and fluid leakage.
MPT recommends using a check valve with all applicable cooler line kits.
